Newborn Session

I was so excited to do Mason’s in-home newborn session.  I had photographed his beautiful mommy, Vanessa during her maternity session in July. This would be my second time working with this busy family. I had the pleasure of meeting this little cutie when he was just 16 days old. At 9 pounds 4 ounces and 21.25 inches, this cherub was a perfect angle for me.

I ordered a special prop for his session since daddy was a former basketball player. Mason looked so cute holding the little basketball prop in his hands! We also planned to use my newborn bed, but Mason was just too long. However, we had plenty of other props available. After we finished the setups with Mason, we captured some adorable images with big brother, Jacob. They were so cute together!

A few lifestyle images with mom and dad were captured in this session as well. I’m looking forward to seeing how much Mason has grown at his one year milestone session.

Below is a picture of Mason’s newborn album, one of my favorite products! Almost every client orders one! Made in Italy, these albums are built to last. Some day, mom will be sharing these with her grand children. In addition to the album, she also ordered 4 canvases for their wall.

As a print artist, it’s very important to me that my clients get printed artwork from their sessions. Digital images are fine for sharing, but that’s not the same as seeing your images on your walls. I want my client’s to cherish these moments I’ve captured for them. Every time they pass by the art on their walls, I want them to remember how little their babies were. Through my art, they can remember all the little details that eventually become a blur. You can see more pictures of the beautiful, heirloom products I offer here.
